Implementation of a railing(bar) of location innovating shirts of classification inside boxes "Serge Laskar"
The system of classification " sergelaskar.com " is very known and widely spread(diffused).
It is constituted by boxes with shirts with flaps inside size 220x320x + flap of 100mm shirts contain the alive documents.
These shirts also go to the boxes which they are the same identified by 12 attractive colors, in 5 thicknesses (30/45/60/90 and 120mm), by alphanumeric indexage.
The advantages of our system are many:

The system is totally reassured(secured) by the color of shirts identical to the color of boxes.
So, if a green shirt is in a yellow box, the error is at once visible or when a blue shirt of the customer Martin meets in a blue box other one itself than the box "M", the error can be also detected by the indexation of the shirt.
INNOVATION:
It consists in affixing on the shirt a railing(bar) of location hidden on the top: on the front alphabetical and sector-based and on the back digital technology and stopwatch which does not exist for the other types of classification.
This railing(bar) is completed by a marking by scratching which is going to position the file.
Example: the file "Martin" will receive a marking on the letter M from the alphabetical railing(bar) - the file 617 will receive a marking on the figure 6 of the railing(bar) of hundreds, on the figure 1 of the railing(bar) of tens and figure 7 of the railing(bar) of the units(unities).
Identical for the other modes(fashions) of location such as the sector-based or the stopwatch.

The markings on the existing rival products are realized:
- In the felt-tip. - with an adhesive of color.
- A plastic tab.
- A metallic rider … The innovation consists in realizing a marking not by addition but by retreat(withdrawal) by scratching of a coat(layer) (aplat of marking) on the railing(bar).
The scratching so realized allows to discover a figure, a symbol or a letter and so to realize the location of the file. Two means which can complement itself FIRST SIDE:
Alphabetical: a letter on 26.
Sector-based: a symbol on 4 representing. Example: sector, geographically, etc. … REVERSE:
Digital technology: from 0 to 999 if the stopwatch uses the month and the year or in 9999 if the stopwatch uses only the year.
This system of classification considering all the used indexages allows to manage + of 100.000 files, alphabetical + sector-based + digital technology + stopwatch + colors.
The set(group) can etre placed in our modules (size(format) except everything: L 400mm x P 375mm x H 280mm) superposables and juxtaposables, being able to contain is: 12 etuis 30mm/8 etuis 45mm / 6 etuis 60mm / 4 etuis 90mm / 3 etuis 120mm and put on a mobile tray(plateau) with free roulettes.
